Travis Klempan was born and raised in Colorado. He joined the Navy to see the world. When most of it turned out to be water, he returned to the Mile High State. He is the author of Have Snakes, Need Birds, an award winning war/ghost/love story. He is currently working on the follow-on novel Hills Hide Mountains.
