Sara Doty

Sara Doty Strickland is a fiction writer and poet living in Florida. She has short fiction published in Except Magazine, Waxing and Waning Literary Journal, Saw Palm Literary Journal, and Grim and Gilded Literary Magazine, and poems in Querencia Press and Crosswinds Poetry Journal. Her short story, "The American Elementary School", has been nominated for the Best of the Net Anthology for 2026.
